participating in marathons, which brings benefits to our health. Although some
people run because it is a trendy topic, and others run because it is exciting,
you should do it because it is really important for their health. In fact,

day can reduce the risk of having a heart attack up to 43 percent. They say
that even walking fast can help people reduce a heart attack up to 18 percent.
